What does the magazine subscription reward consist of?
The reward, unless otherwise noted, shall consist of a one (1) year long subscription of free physical magazines delivered to qualified customers. The number of magazine issues varies by title. Titles are subject to change and are based on availability on the time of redemption. The customer can choose from one (1) of the predetermined title selections located at www.ZoninRewards.com once you enter all required information.
How do I qualify for the magazine subscription reward?
In order to qualify, you must visit a participating retailer to receive a bottle neck hanger with a Unique Reward Code from a specially marked bottle of Zonin1821 wine during the promotional period of November 15, 2016 and April 30, 2017. To receive the reward, you must complete and submit an online Registration Form on www.ZoninRewards.com no later than 11:59PM PT on April 30, 2017. In order to complete the online Registration Form, you will need the Registration Code located on the bottle neck hanger. This reward is not valid in the following states: CT, KS, LA, MS, PA, TX, UT.
Where can I find my Unique Reward Code in order to redeem my reward?
Your Unique Reward Code can be found on the bottle neck hanger. Your code will expire after 11:59PM PT on April 30, 2017.
How many rewards can I receive?
There is a limit of one reward per customer, per customer email address and per customer household.
Is wine purchase necessary to obtain the reward from Zonin USA, Inc.?

I want to choose a magazine that isn’t on the list. What do I do?

How do I know my submission was received?
Upon registration, you will receive a confirmation email to the email address that you provided. Please make sure you check your spam.
When will I receive my first issue?
As a general rule, allow between 8-12 weeks for your first issue to start. This time frame is industry standard. In general, you can expect titles which are published more frequently to arrive quicker than titles published quarterly, for example. Also keep in mind that some magazine publishers pre-print mailing labels in advance in order to save money on printing costs, and in some cases this can delay the arrival of your first issue. If for some reason you have been waiting over 12 weeks for your first issue, simply contact us and we'll look into your order right away.
There is an error in my order, what should I do?
After receiving your confirmation e-mail, and there is an error with your order, please contact us and let us know exactly what the issue is. The sooner we are made aware of the error, the easier it'll be for us to adjust before we send it in for processing.
I changed my mind and want to redeem a different magazine, what do I do?
Sorry, your initial magazine choice is final.
Can I sell my magazine subscription?
No, your magazine subscription cannot be sold.
Can I redeem my magazine subscription for cash?
No, this reward is not transferable for sale, resale and is not redeemable for cash.
I am under 21, can I still get a free magazine subscription?
You must be at least 21 years of age to redeem the reward.
Are there any restrictions to this reward?
You must be 21 years of age or older in order to redeem this reward. Only one reward is redeemable per customer name, per customer email address and per customer household during the promotional period. This reward cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offer. The Unique Code on the bottle neck hanger on specially marked bottles of Zonin1821 wines is required to obtain this offer. The Unique Code will expire after 11:59PM PT on April 30, 2017. The Unique Code from your bottle neck hanger is not transferable. Lost or damaged materials, including your Unique Code will not be replaced. Reward is subject to change and based on availability. The reward is one (1) year long subscription, unless otherwise noted, of free physical magazines delivered to qualified customers. The number of magazine issues varies by title. The customer can choose from one (1) of the predetermined title selections located at www.ZoninRewards.com. Promotion is valid for US residents of legal drinking age (21 or older). It is the bearer's sole responsibility to ensure participation is not prohibited in bearer’s state of residence. Reward not valid in states where reward is prohibited (CT, KS, LA, MS, PA, TX & UT).
